Brandi and Justin have secured a room block from May 14 to May 18, 2022, for 4 nights to accommodate their wedding guests and to ensure rooms are set aside for the special event. Please reach out to our dedicated travel advisor, Shelley Morse, if you would like to reserve a room outside of this room block or if your preferred room option is not listed.
This is a special event and to attend the wedding events, all guests must be booked in the same room block to ensure the appropriate numbers are calculated for the wedding group.
Payment Policy & Important Deadlines:
Airfare is non-refundable at the time of booking. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance at the time of your first deposit to cover pre-existing conditions. Cancel-for-any-reason insurance policies are required to be purchased on the day of deposit and cannot be added later.

Airport Transfers – You will be able to add round-trip airport transfers during this booking process. This transfer option is a private transfer, priced at $45 per person. If you want to discuss other options for airport transfers, please contact us.
Airfare - To make the trip planning easy, you may contact us to add flights to your hotel stay as a package deal. There is a $25 per ticket fee if we arrange your flights. If you decide to book your own flights, please forward your flight details to Shelley so that she can update the transfer company.

Valid Passport Required - All international passengers regardless of age must present a government-issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. customs re-entry. Passports should have a 6-month validity from your return date of travel. If your passport expires within this time, you will need to apply for renewal prior to traveling.
Travelers with passports that are found to be washed, mutilated, or damaged may be refused entry.
U.S. citizens should be aware that countries can deny foreigners entry if they have been charged or convicted of a serious crime. For more information on entry requirements review the information on www.travel.state.gov or contact the consulate for the destinations you’re traveling to.
It is the traveler's responsibility to provide the correct documents and failure to do so may result in being denied boarding for the flight. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotels, or add-ons because of denied boarding situations.
