Payment Policy & Important Deadlines:
Travel Insurance - VERY IMPORTANT! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the nature of travel. Cancellation penalties will apply to your reservations. Rates start at approximately $75 per person and the insurance premium is based on the cost of your trip. We will gladly discuss insurance with you to help you decide the best insurance needs for your travel party. It is important to know that generally, most health insurance plans do not cover medical expenses and travel-related emergencies once you depart the USA.
Valid Passport Required - All international passengers regardless of age must present a government-issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. customs re-entry. Passports should have a 6-month validity from your return date of travel. If your passport expires within this time, you will need to apply for renewal prior to traveling.
Travelers with passports that are found to be washed, mutilated, or damaged may be refused entry.
U.S. citizens should be aware that countries can deny foreigners entry if they have been charged or convicted of a serious crime. For more information on entry requirements review the information on www.travel.state.gov or contact the consulate for the destinations you’re traveling to.
It is the traveler's responsibility to provide the correct documents and failure to do so may result in being denied boarding for the flight. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotels, or add-ons because of denied boarding situations.
